Your GP keeps information about your health in your medical record. You can view that information at the doctor’s office or ask for a hardcopy. Since July 1, 2020, GP’s are required to also give online access to your medical data.
For this, you log in to a secure website or app, which shows the data in your medical record. You will see the most important information such as your diseases, your medications and lab results.
This way you can always access your medical data wherever you are. You can use it if you want to prepare a consultation with your GP. And after your visit to the doctor’s office you can read the advice of the GP again at home.
Ask your GP
Ask your GP about details and whether the service is available in other languages.
